📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the quality assurance and control of M&E works across all construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
• Document inspection results and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential quality issues before they become major problems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E quality control in construction projects.
• Certification in quality control or a related field (e.g., ISO 9001, LEED).
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
