📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assess patients' health conditions and create personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on proper medication usage, health management, and preventive care measures.
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and care provided in the electronic health records system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a clinical or home care setting.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Council (DINAS).
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as SIMRS or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines for elderly care in Indonesia.
