📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and relationship-building.
• Manage client accounts, including order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Leverage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage client interactions and sales data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services through targeted campaigns and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of the packaging industry, including products, trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
