📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Deploy and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of our IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
