📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the hotel's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize operational costs and improve profitability.
• Manage the hotel's accounting system, including the use of accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate income tax and value-added tax (VAT).
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
