🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, particularly in debt and equity financing, M&A, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, including capital markets, debt markets, and equity markets.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
