📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
• Train and supervise sales assistants to uphold our brand’s standards and customer service excellence.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media management, event planning, and collaborations with local artists and designers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the store’s aesthetic aligns with our brand’s vision.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail and boutique management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, boutique management, or a related field, preferably in a creative or fashion-focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist customers in multiple languages if possible.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software such as Shopify, Square, or similar.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for sustainable fashion and local craftsmanship.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital tools for small businesses.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Ubud, Bali, including occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
