📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and maintain our financial software, including SAP and QuickBooks, to streamline financial operations.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial management.
• Certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA, is a plus.
• Proficient in using financial software, including SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
