📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise the accounting and financial administration team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and applicable regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting for projects.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial health.
• Implement and enforce internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and applicable regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Certification in CPA or similar professional qualifications is a plus.
