Star Central Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Evaluate and provide feedback on training programs.,Coordinate with external trainers and vendors as needed.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
