ECHO Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support to the finance department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensuring timely payment to employees.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and external auditors.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide support to the finance department in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
