Moon Tech Corporindo is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our remote outlet. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company. We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong work ethic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the outlet inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.,Assist in the preparation and delivery of orders to customers.,Monitor sales performance and report to the manager.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the outlet.,Assist in the organization and planning of outlet events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Must be willing to work remote.
