📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics issues.,Train and mentor junior staff on logistics best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
