📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing a team of tellers to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitoring and maintaining cash handling procedures to prevent losses or theft.
  • Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting to the manager on daily operations and any issues that need attention.
  • Participating in inventory management and restocking as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
