Port Plus Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for continuous learning and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and create customized training solutions for employees.,Implement and monitor learning and development initiatives, ensuring they are effective and impactful.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development activities into the work environment.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Mentor and coach employees to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
