📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct job fairs, career fairs, and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates.,Provide feedback and coaching to the recruitment team to improve performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
