📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing departmental operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

Leading and mentoring a team of employees.

Developing and implementing departmental strategies.

Monitoring departmental performance and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Representing the company in departmental meetings and events.

Ensuring the department meets its targets and objectives.

Providing guidance and support to junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Strong background in the relevant field.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.
