As an Assistant Planner / Production Scheduler, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will work closely with our Production Manager and other team members to plan and schedule production activities. You will use our advanced production planning software to create and manage production schedules, ensuring that we meet our production targets and deadlines. You will also be responsible for monitoring production progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that our production processes comply with our quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Production Manager in planning and scheduling production activities using advanced production planning software such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Create and manage production schedules, ensuring that we meet our production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor production progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure that our production processes comply with our quality standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our production activities are aligned with our overall business strategy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our production activities and processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our production processes and efficiency.
• Work as part of a team to achieve our production goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in using advanced production planning software such as SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
