Asia Pharmaceutical is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Cilegon. This is an urgent position, and we need someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Delivering training programs to our employees.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.
  • Making recommendations for improvement to our training programs.
  • Working with other departments to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our business goals.
  • Providing support to our employees during training programs.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in training and development.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
