📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the structural design and analysis of advanced facilities projects.,Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.,Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural engineering solutions into overall project designs.,Conduct structural feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations to project stakeholders.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and industry best practices.,Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for project documentation.,Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and technical aspects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.,Proven track record of successfully delivering complex structural projects.,Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs.,Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
