In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both retail and wholesale.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales goals.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
