📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on safety performance and environmental impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
