This is an immediate opportunity for an experienced professional to manage and coordinate our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including maintenance schedules and fuel usage.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations, such as vehicle breakdowns or delays.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing fleet operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience with various types of vehicles.
