PT Tambang Lautan is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing direct patient care,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the healthcare provider,Assist in the preparation of patient rooms and equipment,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing assistant or similar healthcare role,Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and equipment,Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic first aid and CPR certificationExperience with electronic health records (EHR) systemsKnowledge of infection control practicesAbility to lift and move patients as neededMultilingual skills (Indonesian and English preferred)
